M-Fit Group Fitness Class

Want to lose weight? Want to improve your fitness? Or just want to be more toned and have that fit, healthy body you’ve always envied?

Then come join M-Fit Group Fitness classes, conducted by Emelda Vincent, the first and only NIKE NTC Master Trainer in Malaysia. (click here to find out more about Emelda)

Each class is a 1 hour workout that is guaranteed to get you burning those calories while working out your muscles, making them stronger and fitter which is the best way to lose weight and get a leaner more toned body.

Class 1: FULL BODY BLAST (10:00am-11:00am)

Full Body  class is set in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) format. It involves short rounds of high intensity exercise followed by periods of recovery. It incorporates all the major muscle groups as well as muscles that you never knew you had! You will get 45 min of efficient, quality functional movements that will enhance not only the trouble areas but also it will nourish your spine, revitalize your postural muscles and strengthen your core and build lean muscle with every movement.

Class 2: BUMS, LEGS & TUMS (11:15am-12:15pm) 

This 45 min class targets the common problem areas of women, incorporating a mixture of bum, legs and tummy workouts. A conditioning class focusing on re-shaping the lower body. This is a low impact class with an element of cardiovascular work and suitable for all level of fitness.


Both classes will be held the multi-purpose hall of Hartamas Regency condo, Persiaran Dutamas, Kuala Lumpur (map below)

Each class is only RM20 per participant.
